By purchasing any product from Fisher Leather the purchaser agrees to the following terms and conditions.

1.     Some of the activities associated with the use of products and services available on this site are inheritably dangerous.  These activities include but certainly are not limited to horseback riding and the handling of firearms.  As such, these activities require the use of proper training and use of equipment while engaging in said activity.

Warranty

Fisher Leather offers a warranty on products and services and the consumer is encouraged to contact us with questions and concerns regarding their product and or service.  There are, however, circumstances under which we will not offer any type of warranty.  Those circumstances are listed below.

1.     The customer changes their mind after the purchase of a custom order

2.     Wear and tear on the product after Normal Use

3.     Unnecessary neglect or abuse of the product

4.     Improper maintenance

5.  Growing out of a product or the product fails to fit after time
